Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team at Pineheath Ward, a 24-bedded unit providing rehabilitation to patients with varying complexities of needs, including palliative care.
As a Nurse on our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their individual needs.
You will receive support and development through in-service training, regular appraisals, and clinical supervision, as well as opportunities for further training and development within the role.
We welcome applications from newly qualified nurses and those with experience in rehabilitation and palliative care.

Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care, developing and delivering care plans designed to meet individual needs.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in in-service training, regular appraisals, and clinical supervision to maintain and improve skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of the team, sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance patient care.
- Adhere to the Trust's commitment to safeguarding vulnerable adults and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Current UK NMC registration, level 1.
- Experience of working with patients with multiple pathologies and developing and delivering care plans designed to meet their needs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal English.
- Willingness to undertake appropriate training and development opportunities.
