About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Roberttown Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in leading our care teams to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents
  • Supervise and mentor care team members to ensure high standards of care
  • Develop, implement, and update care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines
  • Coach and mentor team members to identify training needs and improve skills

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
