Senior Care Assistant Job Description

Location: Roberttown Care Home

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Roberttown Care Home. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents
  • Supervise and mentor care team members to ensure high standards of care
  • Develop and implement care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines
  • Coach and mentor team members to identify training needs
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and lead by example
  • Adaptable and able to prioritize tasks effectively
