Senior Night Care Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medication and provide personal care to residents
  • Supervise and develop care plans in accordance with CQC guidelines
  • Coach and mentor team members to ensure excellent care delivery
  • Identify training needs and implement coaching and mentoring to support team development

Requirements:
