  • Assisting the Reactive Works Manager in programming, managing, and delivering routine and severe weather services, ensuring compliance with program and maintenance requirement plans.

  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and emergency services as required, communicating with the Fleet/Transport Manager to ensure vehicle and plant maintenance is up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Leadership and motivation skills, with experience in the highways industry, including knowledge of network operations and scheme delivery.
  • Hold an SSSTS or higher, with a full driving license.
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
