Fire and Security Sales Surveyor Job Description

Secure and Recruit Limited is seeking a highly skilled Fire and Security Sales Surveyor to join their Leicester-based team. As a Fire and Security Sales Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying and quoting across Fire and Security systems for install works for new and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Surveying and Quoting: Conduct thorough surveys and provide accurate quotes for Fire and Security systems installations.
  • Design and Pricing: Ensure all design and pricing of Fire and Security systems is in line with current standards and legislation.
  • Performance Reviews: Complete quarterly performance reviews with management to discuss progress and set goals.
  • Achieving KPIs: Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to SLAs, productivity, and turnover.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
  • Performance-Based Bonus: OTEs of £60,000.
  • Generous Holiday Allowance: 23 days + Bank Holidays.
  • Company Car or Car Allowance.
