Mental Health Assistant Teacher

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping our students achieve their full potential.
Job Details
This is a long-term, full-time position that involves working with teenagers in KS3 and KS4. You will be responsible for providing individualised support to students, assisting them with activities promoting independence and reintegration into mainstream school. The ideal candidate will have strong behaviour management skills and experience working in alternative provisions or secondary school environments.
Key Responsibilities
Support students on a 1:1 or classroom basis
Assist with activities promoting independence and reintegration into mainstream school
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement and motivation
Benefits and Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience. Reeson Education offers a range of benefits, including access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Strong behaviour management skills
