Category Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Category Manager to join our team at Refuel Talent. As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in developing and executing the company's convenience store strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Management: Develop and execute the Category Management Strategic Plan, including floor plan design, price positioning, category roles, and planograms.
  • Analyze sales, costs, and margins of products, and develop plans to optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with pricing coordinators to analyze prices by channels and competitors.
  • Execute planogram optimization plans and analyze market research information.
Convenience Retail Information Systems:
  • Manage spaceman and similar software, and analyze category KPIs.
Convenience Retail Promotional Plan:
  • Develop an annual competitive promotional plan based on category management analysis, and negotiate and implement promotions with vendors.
  • Develop POP material according to execution guidelines, and evaluate promotional plan performance.
CR Profitability:
  • Analyze performance reports for categories and subcategories, and develop plans to ensure continuous CR performance improvement.
  • Negotiate vendor rebates in collaboration with CR Manager, and optimize vendor supply chain agreements.
  • Follow up on vendor rebates and additional services agreements.
