**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Category Management Specialist to join our team at iXceed Solutions. As a key member of our retail strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing the country's convenience store strategic plan.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and execute the Category Management Strategic Plan, including floor plan design, price positioning, category roles, and planograms
* Analyze sales, costs, and margins of products to inform category management decisions
* Manage spaceman and similar software to optimize category performance
* Develop and execute annual competitive promotional plans based on category management analysis
* Negotiate and implement promotions with vendors
* Evaluate promotional plan performance
**Additional Responsibilities**
* Analyze performance reports for categories and subcategories to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and execute specific plans to ensure continuous CR performance improvement
* Provide support to the CR Manager on additional projects related to continuous improvement
**Requirements**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
* Extensive experience in category management and merchandising
* Understanding of marketing principles and retail merchandising fundamentals
* Extensive knowledge and experience of retail operations and sales
**Preferred Skills**
* Computer skills, including MS Office
