About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor or Psychotherapist to join our team at Neurodivergent Practitioners. As a Counsellor, you will work with clients to help them navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings
  • Utilize a range of counselling tools and techniques, including Narrative Therapy, to support clients in achieving their goals
  • Work with clients of all ages, including children, adolescents, adults, and couples
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each client's unique needs and circumstances
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and work towards their goals
Requirements
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
  • Experience working with clients who are experiencing loss, anxiety, depression, cultural differences, and other challenges
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients and tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with best practices in the field
