About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Counsellor or Psychotherapist to join our team at Neurodivergent Practitioners. As a Counsellor, you will work with clients to help them navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings
  • Utilize a range of counselling tools and techniques to support clients' unique needs
  • Work with clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and behaviours
  • Help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall well-being
Requirements
  • Experience working with clients with diverse backgrounds and needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
