We are seeking an experienced Care Team Coordinator to join our team at Charles Hunter Associates. As a key member of our residential children's home, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in need.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Health and Social Care, preferably with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience working in a children's home environment. You will be responsible for assisting the Team Leader in maintaining a therapeutic environment, supervising staff, and ensuring the emotional, physical, and developmental needs of the children are met. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with the team, management, and the children we care for.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable care provider that offers fully funded training and ongoing progression opportunities. With a starting salary of £27,128 - £30,884 per annum, plus benefits including 28 days annual leave, paid DBS, and pension scheme, you will be well-rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
