  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our Executive Chef to design and create menus that showcase seasonal ingredients, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Kitchen Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, ingredient sourcing, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire our kitchen team to consistently deliver exceptional and memorable dining experiences, supporting the team and encouraging growth.
  • Supply Chain Management: Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality and fresh ingredients.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and manage the kitchen budget, including cost control measures and financial reporting.

Requirements
