Grants Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled Grants Case Manager to join our team at Marine Management Organisation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of grant projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with rules and regulations.
Main Responsibilities:- Proactively manage grant projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
- Effectively manage your caseload, maintaining accurate records and spreadsheets.
- Stay up-to-date with scheme rules and regulations, applying this knowledge to make informed decisions on grant applications.
- Communicate key project milestones and deadlines to project leads.
- Contribute to the production of reports on grant commitment and spend.
- Represent the Grants team at stakeholder events and meetings.
- Provide support and guidance to newer team members.
- Strong knowledge of grant schemes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
