Grants Case Manager

Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled Grants Case Manager to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of grant projects, ensuring they are delivered in line with rules and regulations.
Main Responsibilities- Project Management: Proactively manage grant projects to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Caseload Management: Effectively manage your caseload, ensuring all associated systems and spreadsheets are maintained promptly and accurately.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with scheme rules and regulations, applying this knowledge to make robust and consistent decisions on grant funding applications.
- Communication: Deliver important messages to project leads, ensuring timeframes and key milestones are relayed effectively.
- Reporting: Contribute to the production of reports on commitment and spend across the scheme.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Attend meetings and represent the Grants team at stakeholder events, building effective working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Team Support: Provide support and guidance to newer team members, promoting a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Project Planning: Ability to plan and prioritize your workload to ensure commitment and spend is achieved in line with regulatory targets.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, in writing, over the phone, and in group situations.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Ability to understand and interpret complex legislation and regulations, applying them to a range of practical situations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills, producing business-focused resolutions.
- IT Skills: Strong IT skills, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel.
