Resident Engagement and Activities Coordinator

Our care home in Hampshire offers a warm and supportive environment for up to 66 residents. We're seeking a dynamic Resident Engagement and Activities Coordinator to design and implement engaging activities tailored to the needs and interests of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and lead monthly and individual activity programs that cater to a variety of interests.
  • Promote social opportunities that encourage residents to connect and enjoy their time in the care home.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities to ensure that every event is documented and meets the needs of our residents.

Requirements:

  • Event planning expertise and creative flair to engage and inspire residents.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the confidence to lead and work as part of a team.
  • A genuine interest in improving the quality of life for the elderly.

Benefits:
