About the Role

As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires a high level of empathy and understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal care duties, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Administering medication as required
• Assisting with manual handling, using equipment where necessary
• Promoting customer health and wellbeing
• Providing companionship and support with daily activities, including shopping and domestic tasks
• Planning, preparing, and cooking nutritious meals

Requirements

• Full and valid UK driving licence
• Access to a car/vehicle
• Right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot provide sponsorship)
• No experience necessary, as full training is provided
• Excellent level of English
• Aged 18+
