We are seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join our team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will provide efficient and effective support to the Health, Safety, Risk and Assurance Team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Support the implementation of the Group's management systems for health and safety management, fire safety, building safety, risk, and technical assurance">
  • Collate and analyse data and statistics, generating management information reports, identifying trends and potential issues for a range of measures">
  • Monitor the progress of actions raised during audits, inspections, incident investigations and other assessments">
  • Administer meetings of the Group's Health and Safety Committee, Fire and Building Safety Steering Group and other working groups overseen by the Health and Safety Team">
  • Provide other support to the Health and Safety Team as required">

Candidate Requirements

">

The ideal candidate will possess an IOSH qualification or be willing to achieve a Health and Safety related qualification, with experience of the effective management of health and safety, particularly in the housing or property management sectors.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, 36 hour working week, 12:30 finish on Fridays, 29+8 annual leave days, flexible working options, defined contribution pension scheme, and a range of employee benefits.
