Job Title: Education Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced teaching assistant to support the class teacher in a two-form entry primary school with a Special Educational Needs Unit for children with autism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students as needed
  • Lead small group activities to promote learning and engagement
  • Monitor classroom behavior while the class teacher works with a group

The ideal candidate will possess flexibility, adaptability, understanding of how children learn best, a genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
