We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Park's Motor Group.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth across our 67 franchised outlets throughout Scotland and England.

With a strong focus on building lasting relationships with customers, you will use your excellent communication skills to convert telephone, digital, and showroom visitors into satisfied clients. Your ability to work effectively within a team environment will enable you to meet and exceed sales targets, while your self-motivation and drive for success will see you thrive in this dynamic role.

You will be responsible for utilizing systems and databases to check vehicle availability, understanding customer needs, and arranging test drives. Your liaison with Product Geniuses will ensure that customers have detailed information about their potential new vehicles, allowing them to make informed purchasing decisions.

In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also assist customers in completing relevant paperwork, communicate progress updates, and carry out pre-delivery inspections before handing over exceptional customer experiences.

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 basic, with an uncapped OTE of £40,000+ through our commission package. A 5-day working week, 30 days holiday, and a company vehicle (for those aged 21+) are just a few of the benefits you can look forward to.
