Job Description

TRS Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join an exciting project in Wales, Northop.

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced professional to support the maintenance planning team in delivering planned maintenance activities according to HSE Policy and Procedures. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning and controlling multi-disciplinary activities, including engaging with external vendors and resources.

Main Responsibilities
  • • Support the maintenance planning team in controlling and delivering all relevant planned maintenance activities.
    • Develop shutdown schedules incorporating approved business forecasts, field development projects, and maintenance strategies in synergy with the Technical Planning Department.
    • Prepare plans for complex work, rotating equipment programs, and routine outages, ensuring effective and accurate planning with offshore and onshore planners and schedulers.
    • Facilitate 90-day Day Planning meetings, rough-cut planning meetings, and weekly backlog and forward log review meetings as necessary.
    • Liaise with technical authorities to optimize critical equipment maintenance and create district and functional plans for Integrated Asset Planning (IAP).

Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
  • • An engineering degree or relevant equivalent experience.
    • Familiarity with the use of SAP/MS Project/Primavera software applications.
    • Extensive experience in planning and control of multi-disciplinary activities, including engaging with external vendors and resources.
    • Previous experience in the upstream O&G industry with significant exposure to offshore and onshore projects.
    • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
