Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of volunteers and a Deputy Shop Manager to maintain high standards of customer service and ensure the shop meets operational, financial, and safety standards.
  • Ensure the shop is presented to an excellent standard, maintaining attractive visual merchandising and creating a welcoming environment for customers and supporters.
  • Recruit and train a team of new volunteers, fostering a positive and welcoming work environment.
  • Oversee volunteer management, accounting, and asset handling, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Complete shop administration, including cash handling and banking functions.
About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience managing people or volunteers, including recruitment and development.
