About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Support Partner to join our dynamic Finance team at AD WARRIOR. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support and guidance to our colleagues and teams across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Senior Finance Business Partner and Management Accountants to prepare accurate and timely monthly revenue and capital management accounts.
  • Monitor the integrity of our financial ledgers to ensure the correct allocation of transactions, maintain a variety of reconciliations, and prepare annual service charges in line with financial regulations.
  • Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and support the preparation and delivery of real-time financial data and cost accounting information.
  • Support the Treasury Function and accurately record and timely bank non-rent cash/cheque receipts and allocate these receipts to relevant accounts.
  • Be responsible for analyzing and processing monthly utility bills, reconciling Company Credit Card accounts, and managing, analyzing, and calculating annual service charges for Sheltered Schemes.
  • Manage, analyze, and calculate rechargeable Section 20 works to Leaseholders, review and maintain the Purchase Ordering System licensing, and provide support and training to colleagues on the Procure to Pay system.
  • Carry out ad hoc projects as required.

  • Have the ability to analyze data and statistical information, and use it to develop, monitor, and improve services.
  • Have excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, financial report tools, and financial management systems to produce management information.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Educated to Level 3 on the National Qualification Framework, Wales and Northern Ireland.
  • Knowledge of Open Accounts financial system (or similar).
  • Experience in accurate recording of financial transactions/bank reconciliation.
  • Experience within a similar role of similar responsibilities.
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
