We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Support Partner to join our team at Yolk Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, as well as providing guidance and training to colleagues on finance operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of real-time financial data and cost accounting information.
  • Collaborate with the Treasury Function to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Accurately record and timely bank non-rent cash/cheques receipts and allocate these receipts to relevant accounts on the Accounts Receivables system/General Ledger.
  • Analyze and process monthly utility bills, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.
  • Reconcile Company Credit Card accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Review and maintain the Purchase Ordering System licensing.
Requirements
  • Working towards a finance qualification, such as AAT, ACCA, CIPFA, or CIMA.
  • Experience in accurate recording of financial transactions and bank reconciliation.
  • Demonstrable track record in managing budgets and resources.
  • Knowledge of Open Accounts financial system or similar.
  • Experience in offering guidance and training on finance operations to stakeholders.
Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00 am to 5:00 pm). You will be eligible for our Flexi Time scheme, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
