Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic team at Ad Warrior Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in providing financial support and guidance to our colleagues and teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare accurate and timely monthly revenue and capital management accounts in partnership with the Senior Finance Business Partner and Management Accountants.
- Monitor the integrity of our financial ledgers to ensure the correct allocation of transactions and maintain a variety of reconciliations.
- Prepare annual service charges in line with financial regulations and take ownership of the reconciliation and control of all bank accounts, petty cash, and processing journals as appropriate.
- Support the production of monthly management accounts and provide real-time financial data and cost accounting information to stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial reports and analysis to inform business decisions.
- Provide training and support to colleagues on financial systems and processes.
- Educated to Level 3 on the National Qualification Framework, Wales and Northern Ireland.
- Knowledge of Open Accounts financial system (or similar).
- Experience in accurate recording of financial transactions and bank reconciliation.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
