Job Overview:

Cera Care seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to support its finance operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Process supplier invoices and purchase orders efficiently.
  2. Manage payment files and reconcile supplier accounts accurately.
  3. Handle supplier queries and coordinate with internal teams.
  4. Contribute to other administrative tasks under the direction of the Accounts Payable Manager.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable with a reputable organization.
  • Possess AAT qualifications or equivalent experience in accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with accounting software.
  • Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fully conversant in English and mathematics at GCSE level.
