About the Role:
  • Job Type: Full-time

  • Salary: Competitive base salary (£35,000 - £45,000 per annum)

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist travelers by providing best-in-class personalized support and helping them with everything from platform queries to urgent last-minute travel emergencies.
  2. Solve travel and tech-related issues, offering quick and efficient solutions to meet client needs.
  3. Stay informed about the latest travel industry trends and company platform developments to deliver top-tier service.
  4. Build strong relationships with global teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Provide feedback to improve the travel management platform.
  6. Exceed performance targets to support the company's success.
Requirements:
  • Native/fluent in Italian (verbal and written) and fluent in English (C1 level or higher).
  • Previous experience in customer service roles, ideally within the travel or hotel segments.
  • Strong experience working with GDS systems (Sabre Amadeus Galileo Worldspan) is essential.
  • A skilled communicator who excels at creating personalized interactions with clients.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating, giving, and receiving feedback, and lifting others up to succeed.
  • Tech-savvy, confident in using tools like Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce, along with in-house customer service platforms.
  • Flexible, willing to work non-traditional shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
  • Must already have resettlement or legal status to live and work in the UK.
