We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Great Britain and Ireland Point of Care team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success across your designated region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a regional business strategy to deliver on growth expectations
- Proactively maintain existing business through account management and stakeholder engagement
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Area Sales Managers, Product & Marketing Managers, and Point of Care Technical Specialists
- Commercial and/or scientific background with a strong understanding of the UK healthcare system
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
- Strong generic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Autonomous self-starter with the ability to plan and prioritize to meet business needs
