Lead Our Midwifery Service to Excellence

We are looking for a seasoned Clinical Lead to oversee our Midwifery Service at Birmingham Women's and Children's NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality patient care and leading our team to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day management of midwifery staff, addressing issues promptly.
  • Quality control of the clinical environment, maintaining high standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with commissioning partners, facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Annual business planning and contracting process contribution.

Requirements
  • NMC-registered Midwife.
  • Honours degree in Midwifery or equivalent.
