About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at Mears Group PLC. As a key member of our repairs and maintenance division, you will be responsible for testing and maintaining equipment and appliances within our council properties to ensure they meet safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission pipework systems and gas appliances
- Repair or replace plants, such as pumps, pipework, tanks, and motorized valves
- Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards
- Hold appropriate Commercial & Domestic ACS certification and a welding qualification
- Previous commercial and domestic gas experience is essential
