About the Role:

As a Healthcare Services Assistant at ProfDoc, you will be working in a fast-paced pharmacy environment where no two days are ever the same. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.


You will be the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, you will be required to handle sales transactions, provide product information, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Offer product information and advice to customers, referring complex queries to the pharmacist when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Contribute to inventory management, tracking stock levels and reporting discrepancies to management.
  • Support the pharmacy team with administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
