As a Microsoft Solutions Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and utilization of KPMG's Microsoft Business Solutions across our global network. Acting as a trusted advisor to member firms, you will guide them in developing strategies to effectively meet their clients' evolving business and technology needs.

This dynamic role demands a unique blend of business development acumen, presales expertise, technical proficiency, and delivery capabilities. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within the international market, fostering innovation within KPMG and our client base, and cultivating strong collaborative relationships across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy tailored to specific industry sectors.
  • Define the compelling value proposition, unique differentiators, and messaging for Microsoft offerings through KPMG's Business Solutions platform.
  • Generate a robust pipeline of opportunities and drive sales growth for the organization.
  • Identify and pursue diversification avenues across sub-industries, emerging technologies, and service propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with KPMG teams to create integrated solutions that address the unique requirements of specific industries or clients.
  • Ensure the establishment of strong contractual agreements with clients, provide ongoing support for program delivery, and develop commercially viable constructs.
  • Craft a strategic marketing and communications plan designed to expand the reach and attract new clients.
  • Manage client relationships and commercial engagements effectively to ensure successful project delivery and cultivate long-term partnerships.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in Microsoft solution sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth proficiency in Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Cross-industry expertise spanning Financial Services, Public Sector, and Consumer Markets.
  • A demonstrated ability to build profitable relationships and develop enduring partnerships with clients.
  • Leadership experience in managing a Microsoft solution sales team and executing successful strategies.
  • Experience handling large-scale transformation projects exceeding €2 million in value.
  • A robust network within the Microsoft sales domain.
  • A passion for staying abreast of current technology trends and engaging clients in meaningful discussions.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong commitment to collaboration and team development.
  • Previous experience in stakeholder management and business transformation initiatives.
