We are recruiting for a Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Telford, Shropshire. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity that offers the right candidate scope for progression.

Job Summary

This role involves providing high-quality administrative support to our Private Clients department, handling day-to-day client matters and enquiries, and ensuring that client files are well-maintained and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with client queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and file updates
  • Developing and maintaining databases to ensure effective data management
  • Coordinating appointments and managing diaries to optimize productivity
  • Assisting in case management, including drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with the Director on file management and other related matters
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as an administrator or secretary in a similar field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to use your own initiative and take ownership of tasks
