About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to support our Learning & Development team with preparing and implementing learning strategies. This will involve working closely across the business to design, build, and deliver learning content that has a direct impact on enabling teams and individuals to grow.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to take risks, and make informed plans to approach challenges. Professionalism is key, and we expect high-quality work from our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Learning & Development team in developing a best-in-class learning programme.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement learning strategies.
  • Design, build, and deliver learning content that enables growth and development.
  • Collaborate with third-party providers to identify relevant learning solutions.
  • Support the selection and embedding of a new Talent / Learning Management System.
What You'll Get in Return:
