ENGINEERINGUK is looking for a talented Programme Quality Manager to lead the quality function in our Programme Quality Engineer structure. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Contractual Quality Requirements for products or services are understood, captured, and flowed down through the business.

This role requires a high level of expertise in Quality Management, with a strong background in auditing, certification, and compliance. You will work closely with programme teams to develop and implement quality plans, manage quality metrics, and identify areas for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the Quality focal point for assessing and capturing Quality related Contractual requirements.
  • Supporting the business's internal & external audit programme as a lead/support auditor.
  • Delivering and maintaining Quality System processes that are consistent with the Rolls-Royce Management Systems (RRMS).
  • Attending Programme Review Meetings and reporting status of Quality Issues.
  • Conducting/facilitating root cause investigations into 'customer escapes'.
