Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment for our employees and contractors.
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety, open communication, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Work with the Health and Safety Director to develop, review, and update management systems and health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in health and safety performance.
  • Communicate policies effectively to all employees and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.

Requirements:
  • Professional certification in health and safety (e.g. NEBOSH Certificate).
  • CSCS desirable.
  • GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent).
