Environmental Services Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Services Consultant to join our team at Saur EUROPE. As a key member of our commercial water management team, you will be responsible for managing an existing account base within the Southwest of the UK.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive Legionella risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Produce high-quality reports with clear recommendations for corrective actions and control measures.
- Stay up-to-date with technical guidance and documentation.
- Produce schematics as required.
- Travel flexibly across the UK, with potential stayaways.
- Accurately follow written and verbal instructions.
- Meet stringent turnaround times for reports.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Water Hygiene.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in this specific role.
- Relevant Legionella risk assessment qualification (City & Guilds or equivalent).
- Able to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong IT skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A competitive salary between £28,000 and £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 25 days' holiday, plus 8 statutory holidays.
- Company car and fuel card.
- 6-month probationary period.
- Pension scheme, with the option to join immediately or auto-enroll after 3 months via salary sacrifice.
- Eligibility to join private healthcare after completing probation.
- Enrolled in Group Income Protection and Death in Service (4 x basic salary) upon commencement of employment.
- Notice period: 1 week during probation, increasing to 1 month thereafter.
