About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Science Practitioner to join our Genomics Laboratory team. As a key member of our Sample Receipt and Send-out Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a first point of contact for booking in queries and provide excellent customer service to our stakeholders.
  • Oversee the workflow of Specimen Reception and maintain accurate records of patient samples.
  • Prepare and package DNA samples and cultured cells for sending to other laboratories.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the efficient processing of samples and maintain high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
