About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Account Coordinator to join our team at Julian Bowen, a leading furniture wholesaler in the UK and Southern Ireland.

As an Ecommerce Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our ecommerce retailers, ensuring consistent support and regular communication to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and optimize online content to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Communicate new product launches and tailored quotes to retailers
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver high-quality products on various e-commerce platforms
  • Analyze sales performance and proactively address potential negative trends
  • Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
Requirements
  • Experience working with online retailers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Data analysis and KPI reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential
