About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Ecommerce Account Coordinator to join our team at Julian Bowen, a leading furniture wholesaler in the UK and Southern Ireland. As an important member of our ecommerce team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our ecommerce retailers, ensuring consistent communication and building strong relationships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and optimize online content to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Communicate new product launches and tailor quotes to meet retailer requirements
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless product launches on various e-commerce platforms
  • Analyze sales performance and proactively address potential negative trends
  • Regularly report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management
Requirements
  • Experience working with online retailers
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Data analysis and KPI reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident use of MS Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience in Sage 200 would be an advantage but not essential
Working Conditions
