Superior Healthcare - Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will work closely with our clients and their families to deliver personalized care and support, promoting independence and dignity. Your role will involve assisting with daily living tasks, providing emotional support, and helping clients to maintain their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Help clients to maintain their physical and mental well-being
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a car
  • Minimum commitment to 2 12-hour regular shifts per week
  • Full right to work within the UK
