Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion at Home Instead. As a Care Companion, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • No prior experience or qualifications required
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
