Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our sales team in a field-based Territory Associate role. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in a defined geography, developing and implementing account plans, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive sales growth in a defined geography.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including specialist nurses, practice nurses, and procurement teams.
  • Organize stakeholder meetings to demonstrate the unique benefits of Rocialle Healthcare's wound care portfolio.
  • Attend local study days, educational events, and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Support national events and conferences as required.
  • Present the portfolio to large groups of clinicians and healthcare professionals.
  • Work with the Business Development Manager to create and implement business plans per account to drive wound care sales.
  • Win new formulary listings and develop current business growth opportunities within the community and acute settings.
  • Identify key trends in the local and national payor/prescriber environment and proactively identify and drive business opportunities.
  • Gather customer, competitor, formulary, framework, and wider NHS intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Comply with all internal and external codes of conduct, including GDPR and regulatory bodies.
  • Regularly maintain and update the CRM system.
  • Travel up to 4 days per week within the defined territory, with occasional requirements to attend meetings at Head Office and national conferences.
Requirements
  • Proactive, goal-oriented self-starter with a degree in a life science or business discipline.
  • Excellent planning, organization, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle complex information and tailor delivery based on requirements.
  • Ability to influence at all levels and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and solutions-focused with excellent presentation skills.
  • Demonstrable IT skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • 12 months field sales experience and medical sales experience preferred.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills to evaluate the commercial approach and strong people skills to develop long-lasting customer relationships.
