We are seeking a skilled Hotel Experience Manager to join our team at Cycas Hospitality.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company that specializes in extended-stay hotels.
As a Hotel Experience Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience at our hotel.
This includes providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, as well as performing other administrative tasks as needed.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a similar role within a hotel environment and possess excellent organizational skills.
With a competitive salary of £28,392.00 per annum and excellent benefits, including a free healthcare plan and pension, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to take their career to the next level.
About You:
- Experience working in a front office or guest services role within a hotel environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with MEWS and Opera PMS is preferred but not essential
