We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Aviva UK GI team as a Paralegal.

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their legal career and gain valuable experience within a dynamic environment. You will be working in a collaborative team primarily based in Norwich, delivering first-class legal advice and regulatory support to Aviva's UK General Insurance and Health businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Providing commercial legal advice to drive forward Aviva's growth agenda and support its GI (General Insurance) and Health portfolio.
  2. Working across a lively and strategically important area, maintaining diverse client relationships and contributing to Aviva's overall legal function.

You will have the chance to work on transactional work, including managing workload, leading transactions, and delivering high-quality legal advice. This role focuses on developing your skills and expertise, with opportunities to learn about GI and Health products and FCA regulations.

Requirements:
  1. A minimum of a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or related field.
  3. A strong commercial mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and deliver the best outcomes for customers.
