Aviva Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Paralegal to join our UK GI (General Insurance) and Health team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering first-class legal advice and regulatory support to Aviva's UK General Insurance and Health businesses.

The role focuses on transactional work, including commercial legal advice to drive forward Aviva's growth agenda and support its GI (General Insurance) and Health portfolio. You will also have the opportunity to work across a lively and strategically important area, maintaining diverse client relationships and contributing to Aviva's overall legal function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice to drive business growth
  • Maintain excellent client relationships
  • Contribute to Aviva's overall legal function
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Paralegal, Legal Executive, Solicitor, or law degree
  • Strong negotiation experience and ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively
  • Proven ability to manage workload, lead transactions, and deliver high-quality legal advice
What We Offer:
  • Salary - Up to £28,000 per annum
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and flexible benefits package
