Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Wiltshire Council team as a Senior Safeguarding Partnership Lead and Children's Safeguarding Lead.

As part of the Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership (SVPP), you will lead a busy team, provide strategic support, and drive forward the work of the SVPP.

Key responsibilities include networking with partner agencies, fostering relationships, and influencing strategic partners to develop effective safeguarding arrangements.

Educated to degree level, you will have significant experience supporting children or adults and possess extensive knowledge in safeguarding contexts.

With a strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidance, you will produce high-quality reports and manage staff in a multi-agency environment.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between £50,788 - £52,805 per annum, depending on location and experience.
