About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Safeguarding Vulnerable People Partnership (SVPP) team as a Senior Partnership Lead and Children's Safeguarding Lead.

The SVPP brings together various partnerships to ensure effective safeguarding of children and adults in Wiltshire. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a busy team, providing strategic support and leadership, and driving forward the work of the SVPP.

You will network with partner agencies at senior levels, fostering effective relationships and influencing strategic partners to develop safe arrangements for vulnerable populations.

Educated to degree level, ideally with a recognised qualification in social work, nursing, teaching, or policing, you will have substantial experience supporting children or adults and extensive knowledge in safeguarding contexts.

With a strong understanding of relevant legislation and guidance, you will produce high-quality reports and lead staff in a multi-agency environment.
