Residential Support Coordinator

Crooton Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Residential Support Coordinator to join our dedicated team of professionals. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering engaging programs that enhance the quality of life for our residents. Your responsibilities will include devising and implementing activities that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our clients, while also providing emotional support and companionship.
To excel in this position, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and our colleagues. A background in social work or psychology is desirable, but not essential. Essential Skills and Qualifications:
