Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Chemical Plant Operator to join our team at E3 Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading chemical manufacturer, where you will be responsible for the day-to-day safety, operation, and environmental performance of the plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with process safety standards and procedures, adhering to statutory and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the control of key raw materials, product packages, and product packing.
  • Continuously improve asset performance, ensuring the site operates optimally and provides reliable and cost-effective chemical manufacturing.
  • Prepare for maintenance activities and work alongside multi-discipline teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the Chemical or Process Industry, specifically on a high hazard/Upper Tier COMAH site.
  • Knowledge of preparing for maintenance and implementing Safe Systems of Work.
  • Ability to work flexibly, as working patterns may vary in the initial stages.
